Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022

We advise that our Annual General Meeting will be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday 4th of October 2022 at Lowanna College Auditorium, 72/96 Newark Ave, Newborough, VIC 3825.

 

We ask that you RSVP using the online form linked below. Registrations close at 5:00pm on Tuesday 20th of September 2022.

NOTE:
With the exception of questions surrounding our Financial Statement (which will be received and considered at the AGM), any questions must be submitted in writing no later than 14 days prior to the meeting, via the RSVP form linked below.

Nominations are called for the Election of Office Bearers / Board Members.

Positions vacant:

  • President (1 Year, Casual Vacancy)
  • Vice President (2 Years)
  • Secretary (2 Years)
  • Senior Match Committee (2 Years)
  • General Committee (2 positions, 1 Year)

Completed nomination forms are to be returned to the Secretary via email before 5:00pm on Tuesday 27th of September 2022.

A reminder that all teams must send a representative to the AGM, otherwise they will lose 4 premiership points. Individuals cannot represent multiple teams.
