Team Registration Links

Registration fees are made up of three components, being Basketball Moe’s Season Fee, Basketball Victoria’s Annual Particpant License and Basketball Australia’s Game Development Levy.

JUNIORS:

Season Registration Fee: $71.50 (paid per season)
BV Affiliation Fee: $29.00 (paid annually)
BA Game Development Levy: $5.50 (paid annually)

SENIORS:

Season Registration Fee: $88.00 (paid per season)
BV Affiliation Fee: $43.00 (paid annually)
BA Game Development Levy: $5.50 (paid annually)

Fees must be paid prior to commencing your first game. Please check that the amount you are being charged is accurate before proceeding to make payment.

Basketball Victoria Annual Participant Licence:

Players are charged for a new licence/365-day licence extension if they don’t already have a licence that covers them for the entirety of the season they are registering to. This 365-day Basketball Victoria licence (affiliation) covers anyone wanting to participate in a Basketball Victoria sanctioned competition, allowing a participant to play as many times as they like within 365-days across any affiliated association in Victoria. Basketball Victoria provides a base level of insurance to all registered participants of affiliated associations. Insurance is provided by V-Insurance Group. 

Basketball Australia Game Development Levy:

Players are charged for a new membership/365-day membership extension if they don’t already have a membership that covers them for the entirety of the season they are registering to. The Game Development Levy is being implemented by Basketball Australia to support the growth and development of basketball at all levels of the game and to enhance opportunities for the sport. If you are a returning player, it is important that you use the same email address that was used when paying your registration fees last season. You will only be charged the BV Fee and Ba Levy if you are required to pay it.

Discounts:

for 3rd & subsequent immediate family members registering to juniors and/or seniors: $20 (Each eligible member can only have the $20 discount applied ONCE)

for juniors and/or seniors registering to multiple teams: $20 (per extra team registering to)

Life Members:
There is no association registration fee charged to life members, only the BV Fee and BA Levy if required.

Requests for Discounts need to be emailed to treasurer@basketballmoe.com.au BEFORE you complete your registration.

Coaches and Team Managers:
Team staff for both Juimors and Seniors are required to register to their team(s) (regardless if you are registered as a player).

When prompted at the Choose Role screen, select Coach or Team manager. There is no fee payable to register as a coach or team manager.  This will register your contact details against your team in our database which makes things a lot easier for us should the need to contact you arise.
